Abbygale 5 Year Old Check Up

Abbygale had her 5 year check up with Dr. Hughes on Saturday, August 27, 2016.  She weighed 56 pounds and was 45 1/2 inches tall.  This is the 95 percentile in both groups.  He estimates she is going to be around 5'8'' when she  is fully grown.  This is amazing as Mommy is only 5'2''.

Abbygale got two shots and screamed at the top of her lungs before they were even ready to give her the actual shot.  When she heard shots she started crying and screaming.  Poor thing!  She was so scared.  Thank goodness she doesn't need shots again until she is 10 years old!

She has had one busy and stressful week.  She started Kindergarten and has had high anxiety and stress and then on top of it having to go in and get shots.  Afterwards, we went to Chuck E Cheese and played and then Sunday went swimming at Aunt Brenda's.  My poor baby - my heart is breaking for her!

At five, Abbygale is so sweet and yet very determined.  When she gets something in her head she can't get it out until she does that particular thing.  She loves her Mommy so much and has separation anxiety (as does Mommy).  She loves to play dolls, doll house, and play with anything itty-bitty.  She has a great imagination, a very high vocabulary, and is just so smart.  She loves her family, loves to be silly, and loves life (as long as she is at home)!  She is the BEST thing ever and we only want the best opportunities and experiences for her!

We love you to the moon and stars and back and more, forever and ever! Dream big and focus hard!  Love you Abs! Always remember you can accomplish anything you set your mind to and you are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL BEYOND WORDS!! My gorgeous angel baby!

Abbygale Starting KINDERGARTEN!!!

It's come...and I can't believe it!  Abbygale started Kindergarten!  Wow, that went fast!  She was ready and excited but also scared and anxious.  Her Kindergarten teacher is Mrs. Linnette Fitzhugh. Abbygale is no longer little - she is all grown up!  Tears from Mommy!

Here's to the start of making dreams come true!  Abbygale you can be anything you want to be when you grow up!

Abbygale's 5th Birthday!

Abbygale turned 5 on the second day of school.  However, she has been celebrating all of August.  She had her birthday at Splashway, Shimmer & Shine called her to wish her a happy birthday, she celebrated with Mawmaw and Pawpaw, she celebrated at school, and the list goes on!  She is one spoiled and loved girl!

Happy 5th Birthday, my beautiful girl!  I love you to the moon and stars and back and more.  Forever and Ever!

Sea World #2 2016 Summer (August 2016)

We went back to Sea World and Mawmaw came with us!  We had a great time watching the dolphins, seeing sharks, alligators, snakes, and penguins.  We did the "Dine with Shamu" so we got to go behind the scenes with the killer whales.  It was awesome!  We had lunch and watches the orcas!  We did the Pets Ahoy show and One Ocean killer whale show.  We rode a bunch of rides and played in the water.  Mawmaw got soaked (and we mean SOAKED) on the Rio Loco!  We had so much fun just us three girls!  It was a great, great day!

Beach August 2016

We made it to North Padre Island beach in August a couple of weeks before Abbygale started Kindergarten.  We had so much fun as a family and made lots of fun memories.  We played in the sand and made mermaid tails and castles, played in the beach water, swam in the pool, shopped, and rode around.  A great weekend getaway!
