A daughter is the happy memories of the past, the joyful memories of the present, and the hope and promise of the future.

Christmas 2013

Christmas 2013 was so much fun!  Abbygale was into everything Christmas, which made Christmas time so magical.  We went to parades, looked at lots of lights, wrapped presents, put up decorations, decorated cookies with Santa, took Santa pictures, found Miss Zippy (Elf on the Shelf) everyday, and counted down the days until Christmas.  Abbygale told Santa Claus she wanted mermaids, babies (a boy and girl to name Colton and Abby), baby stroller, baby furniture, and everything else she saw on television.  She sat in Santa's lap for a pictures.  She was scared but was such a brave big girl.  We celebrated the true meaning of Christmas by going to Camp Tejas for the Lights of Tejas.  Abbygale looked and looked for Baby Jesus.  She is growing up so fast.  We have lots of memories from Christmas 2013.  Such a perfect time!

We celebrated Christmas with the Ingram's, Helford's, Mawmaw and Pawpaw, Rikki and Family, and Granbette.  We had a week of celebrating and enjoyed every minute of it!  Abbygale Kate loved Christmas this year and the holidays were so much fun! She loves her cousins and misses them so much when we don't see them.  Abbygale still looks for Miss Zippy everyday and is so sad Zippy had to go back to the North Pole with Santa Claus.  She loves her Zippy!  Abbygale was not ready to take down the Christmas tree and other decorations.  She kept saying "uh oh."  She wanted to keep celebrating Christmas (this is how much fun she had this year)!  Merry Christmas!  2013 Christmas was a blast and we made so many precious memories that will last a lifetime!

Abbygale Kate - 27 and 28 Months Old

Abbygale Kate is growing up so fast it is just crazy.  Crazy. Crazy.  She talks up a storm, is so sweet, but also has a temper.  She will run up to you and scream, cross her hands and sit down and pout.  It just melts my heart to pieces.  She loves to shop and expects to buy anything and everything she wants.  She is a shopper.  She is pretty much potty trained.  She just has a few accidents here and there but uses the big girl potty 99% of the time so Santa Claus would bring her a mermaid.  She worked so hard to earn her Christmas toys :)

We went to see Disney Live Princess and Pirates and she loved it!  She wanted more.  Her favorite was Minnie Mouse and she wants to go see Minnie "NOW."  She uses "NOW" lots these days.  She is definitely the boss of our household and runs the place.  We just obey :)

She is wearing size 3T, size 7 shoe, and loves to get dressed up.  She loves to play princess and wear play dress-up clothes with her crown, earrings, high heels, and wand.  She is definitely a girly-girl.

Mommy and Daddy love you to the moon and stars and back and more.  You are such a miracle in our lives and we have so much fun with you each and every day.  I try and cherish moments every single day because you are growing up so very fast.  You will always be our princess.  Love You. XOXO!

Granbette's - December 2013

We went to Granbette's and had such a great time.  We spent some good quality time visiting, chatting, and playing.  Abbygale loves her Granbette (as do I).  Abbygale gave Granbette's lots of hugs and talked and talked and talked.  Granbette thought she was part Chinese.  Abbygale also loved Callie Joe and let the sweet puppy give her lots of kisses.  We can't wait to go back and visit with Granbette.  We love you!

Happy Thanksgiving - 2013

We had a very good Thanksgiving with family.  Thanksgiving morning I told Abby "I am so thankful for you."  I then asked her what she was thankful for and she says "Milk.  Milk in a pink cup."  Silly girl!  I think last year she said she was thankful for 'milk' too.  Little angel loves her milk!
