Abbygale's 2nd Birthday Party

We had Abbygale's birthday party on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at the house.  It was a cookies and milk theme, which I think turned out so cute!  We had water activities, including a big pool, little pool, little water slide, sprinklers, a slip and slide, and water balloons.  We had bubbles, silly string, and all kinds of ride on and push toys.  We decorated cookies, which I think the kids loved.  It turned out great!  We had a photo booth set-up, which I saw numerous people using.  I really think the kids had a blast but adults had so much fun too!  It took Abbygale some time to warm up and she sat on the sidelines and watched a bunch but she said she had a great time at her birthday!  We had soft tacos for dinner and a cookie cake (and lots of cookies) for dessert.  Birthday parties  take a lot of preparation and clean-up but if Abby enjoyed it then it is worth it.  She got way too many toys but loved every one of them. She got baby dolls galore, Doc McStuffin toys, clothes, a kitchen, purse, beauty stuff, a harmonica, Hello Kitty, stickers, and everything in between.  I'm not sure what we are going to do about Christmas because we have way too many toys, stuffed animals, and dolls.  However, we thank you all very, very much!  Abby was in love with everything.  Abby's 2nd birthday turned out fantastic.  We thank everyone who came and celebrated the special occasion with us.  We enjoyed seeing family and friends.

Abby - slow down growing up.  You are getting too big too fast for your Mommy.  I love how you still love your Mommy so much though and I love you even more.  You are my little girl, always and forever.  I love you to the moon and back and more.  XOXO!

 

 

Abbygale is 2!

For Abbygale's 2nd birthday we went to Lakeline Mall and rode the train and went to build a bear.  Then we went to Chuck E Cheese's for lunch and to play!  Abby and Cousin Colton had so much fun and crashed on the way home.  That meant the birthday celebration was a success.  The evening of her birthday we started getting ready for her birthday party and Abbygale and Mawmaw played.  Miss Abby loves her Mawmaw!  She hadn't seen her in almost three months since Mawmaw and Pawpaw were in Colorado for the summer so Abby was so, so excited!  Happy 2nd Birthday Abbygale Kate!  We love you so much!  XOXO!
