Abby's 1st July 4th - 2012

Abby celebrated Red, White, and Blue and had a fun couple of days!  On the Saturday before July 4, 2012 we went to the fireworks in Rosanky.  They are the BEST fireworks around!  It lasted about 30 minutes and Abby wasn't scared at all.  She was a little tired because it was way past the time she normally goes to bed but pointed and looked at the fireworks.  She did so good and was so brave.  We had talked about the loud "boom" "booms" before hand so I think she was prepared.  We visited and watched the fireworks with Amy, Coby, Zachry, Aunt Kristen, Uncle Clayton, Cousin Colton, Grandma, and Granpa.  We look forward to making the Rosanky fireworks show a yearly tradition.

On July 4 we had the day off (Wednesday) and just hung out and played, did a little shopping in Bastrop, and went to visit Granny.  Then we went to Grandpa's and Grandma's for dinner.  We had a great 4th of July hanging out and playing.  We loved having a mid-week break to celebrate family and freedom!

Abbygale's very first 4th of July was great.  She didn't nap at all she was having so much fun with her Mommy!  We look forward to many, many years of celebrating the Red, White, and Blue!  Daddy said she was  the "prettiest baby girl there ever was!"  He liked Abby's 4th of July outfit Aunt Rikki gave her!
